What tips would you give a high school player wanting to make it to the next level?
To get to the next level, I would focus on the things you can control. That means working has hard and productively as you possibly can. Understand what you need to do to become a better player and improve your skill set. But most importantly I would have as much fun as possible. If you have a good work ethic, passion and love of the game can take you a long way.
What head are you currently using? I generally play with an OG blade, If i can't get my hands on one of them I use a blade OG or NOZ with a one lacrosse cutter shaft.
What drills you would recommend, to help increase a players hand speed?
I would practice your technique and get as comfortable with your move as you can. The better and more polished your technique is the more comfortable you will be out there and than your hands and body will move faster.

At what age did you first pick up a lacrosse stick and why?
I first picked up a stick at 8 years old because I was the pitcher on my baseball team and kept throwing the ball at the batters, so It was time for a chance.
What is your "go-to", face off move? My go to move is the pinch and pop.
How do you feel the game changed, from when you played at Stevenson University to now, in the MLL? I feel like my game has change by becoming better in tie ups during the faceoff. At Stevenson I won majority of my faceoffs pretty clean. In the MLL every faceoff guy is so skilled and it is a heavy weight fight every game at the X so I had to learn to become better in tie ups.
What does your workout regimen consist of? My Workouts consist of many different things depending on the time of the year. Right now I try to do a little bit of boxing once a week, I think it has helped my hand speed and power. (I would never get in a ring though) run 4 times a week and lift 5 days for higher reps.
When did you realize you wanted to strictly focus on facing off?I actually played goalie until 9th grade and I focused on facing off starting in 9th grade because It was the best way for me to help my team win.
What is the greatest moment in your Lacrosse career? I actually I have 2 favorite moments, winning the national championship at Stevenson my junior year was incredibly special and a dream come true. The entire week leading up to the game in Philly with my teammates who are all my best friends was unforgettable, and than winning the game in the 4th quarter the way we did was just a moment I will never forget.
Also my rookie year was the Outlaws, being on the first Outlaws team to win the Steinfeld cup was pretty surreal. Having the great teammates and veterans that season and winning in the final minutes was a "wow" moment.

What type of mesh do you use? (asking for someone else... -Greg @ East Coast Dyes
I only use East Coast hero mesh, It is the best stuff out there and I think the mesh has really improved my stick work!
Why do you do leg kicks before taking a face off? - Mike Simon LSM, Denver Outlaws I really dont know why I do leg kicks before I faceoff, its kind of my routine. I like to do the same exact thing every time so I am comfortable out there. I did it one time I guess it worked and I stuck with it. It also makes my teammate Mike Simon smile when I do it and I am a team player and like making people smile!!!
Is there a certain pick up line or, maybe a cologne you wear, that enables you to pick up so many girls?-Jimmy Daly, Attackman, Ohio Machine & Jesse Schwartzman, former Denver Outlaws, Goal Tender Hey Jimmy! good to hear from ya! Personally, I think pick up lines are cheesy and if you are looking to find a girl, you should speak right from the heart and tell them how you feel! Being confident is very important and remember, girls always like a true gentleman. So be nice, open the door for them and DONT BE A JERK. The most important thing you can wear is your smile, But I do wear a cologne I like. My mom got it for me years ago and I've stuck with the same kind, ever since!
@Absolutelyknott I do still own and sleep with my teddy bear.
@BellaMarshall13 My biggest role model is my mom, she is a legend. But my biggest sports role model was always Ray Lewis. I am a huge Ravens fan and he was an incredible leader. He played with an intensity and passion that his opponents couldnt match.
@Jkelly09 I do love bowling and my form is very on point
