Lacrosse Hub takes a shot with Throne of String's latest mesh release, Thronelite.

First things first, lets, "string 'er up".
We decided to string the Thronelite on a UA Charge 2 head. It strung up in a breeze and I feel you will find that, no matter what pattern you favor, that stringing with ThroneLite, is seemless. ThroneLite also seems to make your pocket very defined and keep it that way.

The Thronelite wax mesh gave us all the ball control we were hoping for, while offering consistent control. This hybrid gem, provided all the benefits of hard and wax mesh, without the heavy, waxy feel.
Though lightweight,, it's still on the stiffer side, compared to my typical set up for Face Offs. Being a FOGO, I would not neccesarily suggest this mesh for that position, as I found its not as accomodating with pinch & pops and keeping the ball in the back of your head.. That being said though, I would highly reccomend this mesh for all other positions
Thronelite being a hytbrid wax resin mesh, we look forward to testing it in all weather conditions. So far, it has performed amazing for us in a controlled environment (box lacrosse, indoor etc.). Thronelite allowed for fakes and offered secure hold, when cradling down the field, as well as, great release when shooting.
if you are a fan of ECM Black, than I would definitely give Thronelite a shot!
Price Point $25
Compare to: ECM Black, Warriors Ballistic & Evo Wax Mesh
Speaking of shots, lets hit the wall...
